Jaspersoft is now part of Actian. Enterprises and ISVs have trusted Jaspersoft for pixel-perfect output, flexible embedding, and production-grade scale for over 20 years. Our job is to accelerate what you already rely on – and to bring it into the AI era. That is the commitment I am making to you today.
Here’s what this means in practice:
- The Jaspersoft brand stays. The website, jaspersoft.com, stays. The product you love, stays.
- The Jaspersoft team, the people who built the product, know it deeply, and support you, are joining Actian. Continuity is intentional.
- Jaspersoft will continue to be developed and invested in as a strategically important component of Actian’s portfolio. As such, we intend to modernize and grow Jaspersoft, making customer asks our priority.
What you will see over time is expanded capability: AI-enhanced analytics, agentic BI features, and deeper integration with Actian’s data management and intelligence products. Jaspersoft fills a critical gap in the data value chain, connecting data to decisions, and we intend to build on that foundation.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll migrate the Jaspersoft Support Portal to the Actian Customer Portal, bringing everything you have today plus new features and content. We’ll share a clear timeline in advance, and your open cases and history will be preserved throughout.
Not at this time. The Jaspersoft support and customer success teams are joining Actian. You can expect continuity with the people you already work with.
Jaspersoft’s roadmap will continue under Actian ownership, with increased investment in the areas customers care most about: intuitive report design, stability and performance, customization and embedding, and automated reporting. Over time, you will see AI-enhanced analytics and agentic BI capabilities added. Actian is committed to Jaspersoft’s customers and the future. The roadmap priorities will be developed and shared with customers as they’re confirmed.
Yes – integration is planned. Specific priorities and timelines will be developed jointly with the Jaspersoft engineering and product teams and communicated as they’re finalized. These integrations will be additive, not disruptive to existing deployments.
