From Data to Context: Enabling Business-Ready AI
The Actian Executive Customer Advisory Board (CAB) meeting for the Americas, scheduled for October 4–7, 2026, at The Ritz-Carlton in Naples, Florida, will bring together a group of global CIOs, CDOs, and data leaders to address the theme “From Data to Context: Enabling Business-Ready AI”. This strategic gathering will facilitate dialogue on critical challenges, including fostering data cultures, balancing centralized and federated governance, and overcoming barriers to AI implementation. Actian executives will share their long-term vision and provide a first look at upcoming innovations, allowing members to directly influence the company’s product roadmap and strategic priorities. The event will combine high-level technical collaboration with curated executive experiences, such as spa treatments and golf excursions, designed to build enduring value and partnership between Actian and its customers.
Data Strategy in the Age of AI
The 2025 Actian Executive Customer Advisory Board meeting, held in October in Athens, Greece, served as an exclusive forum for global CIOs, CDOs, and data leaders to collaborate on the future of data intelligence. Hosted by Actian’s executive leadership team, the event focused on Data Confidence for the AI-Driven Enterprise, featuring deep dives into intelligent metadata foundations, governance by design, and scalable AI strategies. Participants gained early access to Actian’s 2026 product roadmap and engaged in high level roundtable discussions, influencing the company’s strategic priorities. Alongside the technical sessions, the event facilitated executive networking through curated cultural experiences, including a private tour of the Acropolis.
The Future of Data Intelligence & AI
The December 2024 CAB meeting brought together Actian’s executive customers to explore data governance, data intelligence, and AI-driven transformation. Discussions emphasized Zeenea’s integration into Actian’s portfolio to support the investment in data intelligence. Guest speaker Ray Wang, Founder of Constellation Research highlighted leveraging AI for faster decisions while balancing automation with human expertise. Peer discussions and success stories showcased how innovation in data strategy is shaping the future of business, reinforcing Actian’s commitment to its customers.
Elevate: Actian Customer Advisory Board Meeting
In April 2024, the Actian CAB met in San Juan, Puerto Rico to kick off the first series of discussions about their data challenges and learning from other CAB members. During the meeting, Actian leadership previewed new areas of company investments and explored topics such as preparing data for generative AI. The meeting coincided with the 2024 Actian Sales Kickoff in which CAB members attended and shared their stories about their use cases while learning about the road ahead for Actian.
