She has held leadership roles at Deloitte, EY, Publicis Sapient, Civitas Learning and MVPindex.

Becky holds an MA from Emerson College and BBA from Texas State University. She is certified in the Scaled Agile Framework and a member of Customer Experience Professional Association, Service Design Network and the CHIEF women’s network.
